Brisbane Festival

What? For three weeks extraordinary international and Australian artists and productions, free world-class events, emerging fringe theatre, inspiring conversation and debate will fill the theatres, parks and suburban streets for Brisbane Festival.

Bbrisbanerisbane Festival 2011 presented Santos City of Lights, the first laser light art show of its kind in Australia, which filled the space between Kurilpa and Goodwill Bridges with a nightly choreographed spectacle that could be seen across the city.

Every night during the three weeks of Brisbane Festival, the main viewing area at South Bank’s Cultural Precinct buzzed with festival atmosphere as people enjoyed the Santos Lounge, music stages, food and beverage outlets, and other installations.
