Mildura Country Music Festival
What? When Australian country music fans talk of the festival "biggies", a country city in Victoria now 
rates a mention alongside the Tamworth Festival and the Gympie Muster as one of the big three. The major difference between the other two and the 17th annual Mildura Country Music Festival that kicks off on September 22 is that Mildura is Australia's biggest showcase of Independent entertainers.

We want to see the local mildura people sing as they are better than some of the acts that they pay big money for. Bring back the locals!

Only downside in previous years was lack of transport after 6 to and from venues out of town. (especially if an event finished around 10pm) During the day we took buses to the Coomeela Club and further away, but had to call taxis to return to base. This
worked out quite expensive especially if there was only 1 or 2 of us. If there are any 'SPECIAL" buses available from venues back into Mildura City after 6-10pm, how would we,the public know. This would make the festival much better.

hi,been several times, always enjoyed the music-singing.would like to see-hear some bluegrass,we have some good australian artists ie nick dear (hard drive band)vict. paul duff. (bluegrass parkway band)perth.davidson brothers band vict.mick harrison band
