Mungindi Music Festival committee has advised us that the Festival is having a break so will not be held in 2011.
What? A full musical program over 3-days featuring an electic mix of both internationally renowed and local talent. The festival is held once every two years.
Where? Mungindi is 120km North West of Moree and is home to approximately 600 people. Located uniquely on both sides of the New South Wales and Queensland border, Mungindi is the only boarder town in the Southern Hemisphere with the same name on both sides of the border. Mungindi is located on the Carnarvon Highway which is the shortest route from Sydney to Darwin and the most direct route from Melbourne to Northern Queesland.
