What? Parklife is a labour of love that started as a very small party in a park in March of 2000. Less than a thousand people turned up, most of them didn't pay, and then it bucketed down with rain. All in all it was a bit of a disaster - but the organisers didn't lose faith and kept on trying.

Eventually the idea started to catch on with a few more people... Although it’s grown just a bit over the last 11 years, the idea is still exactly the same: great music, smiling people and a great party amongst grass, trees and (hopefully!) brilliant blue skies, right in the heart of State capital cities around Australia.
